Jordana Kafka serves as President and CEO of Legally Learning, Inc. After earning a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania, Ms. Kafka moved to Chicago to attend graduate school at Northwestern University. She holds a Master of Science in Education and Social Policy, a Masters of Arts in Education Leadership, and a Juris Doctor. Jordana Kafka draws on her extensive experience in education, including as a high school Assistant Principal, English teacher, curriculum designer, and Education Law attorney, to lead Legally Learning. Most recently, she managed Large-Scale Assessments for the fourth largest school district in the country.
Harris Fried is an international lawyer with extensive experience in international banking and finance, serving as in-house counsel to some to the largest and most well-regarded financial institutional in the world. Mr. Fried earned a Juris Doctorate from Emory University, a Master’s Degree in International Relationships from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
Jennifer Ephron a licensed Special Education teacher with experience working with students on the autism spectrum as well as deaf and hard-of-hearing students at the elementary and secondary level in multiple states. Ms. Ephron earned a Bachelor’s Degree from New York University (NYU) and graduate certificate Special Education and Deaf Education from Hunter College.
Through our advisory boards, Legally Learning, Inc. ensures diverse perspectives from teachers, education leaders, attorneys, and other professionals. Their collective wisdom
enhances the richness and effectiveness of our programs, keeping us at the forefront of
educational innovation.
In the future, Legally Learning, Inc. aspires to draw on student input through our Student
Advisory Board. We believe in the importance of student voices in shaping the direction of our
programs, ensuring that their perspectives contribute to the ongoing evolution of education.
